粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒煤(mei)的發(fa)電(dian)廠將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)100微米以下的煤(mei)粉(fen),用預(yu)熱(re)空氣噴入爐膛(tang)經燃燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀(zhuang)態,產生混(hun)雜(za)有大(da)量不燃物的高溫煙(yan)氣,經集塵裝置(zhi)捕集就得到了(le)粉(fen)煤(mei)灰。粉(fen)煤(mei)灰的化(hua)學組成(cheng)與(yu)粘土質相似,主要成(cheng)分為二氧化(hua)硅(gui)、三(san)氧化(hua)二鋁、三(san)氧化(hua)二鐵(tie)、氧化(hua)鈣和(he)未燃盡碳(tan)。
工作原(yuan)理
濕粉煤灰由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入三層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)干(gan), 粉煤灰在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下(xia)不斷(duan)(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發(fa)的熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的熱(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作(zuo)用下(xia)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由此達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果,完成干(gan)燥(zao)過程(cheng)。
