粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)(ran)燒煤(mei)(mei)的(de)發電廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的(de)煤(mei)(mei)粉(fen),用(yong)預(yu)熱空氣噴入爐膛經燃(ran)(ran)燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生混(hun)雜(za)有大量不燃(ran)(ran)物的(de)高溫煙氣,經集塵(chen)裝置捕集就得到了粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰的(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘土(tu)質(zhi)相似(si),主要成(cheng)分為二氧(yang)化(hua)硅、三氧(yang)化(hua)二鋁、三氧(yang)化(hua)二鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣(gai)和未燃(ran)(ran)盡碳。
工(gong)作(zuo)原理(li)
濕粉煤灰由供料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入三層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流烘(hong)干(gan), 粉煤灰在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散(san)(san)落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)料移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散(san)(san)發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)又延(yan)長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料在(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)料在(zai)熱風作用(yong)下快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料因自重而不能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由此達到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果,完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)過程。
