煤(mei)粉灰烘干機是煤(mei)粉經高溫(wen)燃燒后形(xing)成的一種(zhong)似火山灰質混合(he)材料。
它是(shi)燃(ran)燒(shao)煤(mei)的發電廠將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)100微米以下的煤(mei)粉,用預熱空(kong)氣(qi)噴(pen)入(ru)爐膛經燃(ran)燒(shao)形成(cheng)懸(xuan)浮(fu)狀態,產生混(hun)雜有大量不燃(ran)物的高溫煙氣(qi),經集塵裝置(zhi)捕(bu)集就(jiu)得到了粉煤(mei)灰(hui)。粉煤(mei)灰(hui)的化學組(zu)成(cheng)與粘土質相似,主要成(cheng)分(fen)為二氧(yang)化硅(gui)、三氧(yang)化二鋁、三氧(yang)化二鐵、氧(yang)化鈣和(he)未(wei)燃(ran)盡碳(tan)。
