工(gong)作原理
靜電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)工作(zuo)原理(li)是利用(yong)高壓電(dian)(dian)場使(shi)煙(yan)氣發生電(dian)(dian)離,氣流中的(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)場作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)與(yu)氣流分離。負(fu)極(ji)由(you)不同斷面(mian)形狀的(de)金(jin)屬導線制成(cheng),叫放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)。正極(ji)由(you)不同幾何形狀的(de)金(jin)屬板(ban)制成(cheng),叫集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)。靜電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)性(xing)能受粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)性(xing)質(zhi)、設備構造和(he)(he)煙(yan)氣流速等三個(ge)因素(su)的(de)影(ying)響。粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是評(ping)價(jia)導電(dian)(dian)性(xing)的(de)指標,它對除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率有(you)直接的(de)影(ying)響。比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過(guo)低,塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)難以(yi)保持(chi)在集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,致使(shi)其重(zhong)返氣流。比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過(guo)高,到達集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)電(dian)(dian)荷(he)不易放出,在塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層之間形成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)壓梯度會(hui)產(chan)生局部擊穿和(he)(he)放電(dian)(dian)現象。這(zhe)些情況都會(hui)造成(cheng)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率下(xia)降。
