煤粉灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒(shao)后形成的一種似火(huo)山(shan)灰質(zhi)混合材料。
它是(shi)燃(ran)燒煤的(de)發電廠將煤磨成(cheng)100微米以(yi)下的(de)煤粉(fen),用預熱空氣噴入爐膛經燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀(zhuang)態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的(de)高溫煙(yan)氣,經集塵裝置(zhi)捕集就得到了粉(fen)煤灰。粉(fen)煤灰的(de)化學組成(cheng)與(yu)粘土質相似,主(zhu)要成(cheng)分為二氧化硅、三氧化二鋁、三氧化二鐵、氧化鈣和(he)未燃(ran)盡碳(tan)。
