煤粉灰烘干機(ji)是煤粉經高溫燃燒后(hou)形成的一種似火(huo)山灰質(zhi)混合材料。
它是(shi)燃燒(shao)煤(mei)(mei)的發電廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)(cheng)100微米(mi)以下的煤(mei)(mei)粉,用預熱空(kong)氣噴(pen)入(ru)爐膛經燃燒(shao)形成(cheng)(cheng)懸(xuan)浮狀態,產生混雜有大量不燃物的高溫煙氣,經集塵裝置捕集就(jiu)得到了粉煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)(mei)灰的化(hua)學(xue)組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質相似,主(zhu)要(yao)成(cheng)(cheng)分為二(er)氧化(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)二(er)鋁、三氧化(hua)二(er)鐵、氧化(hua)鈣(gai)和未燃盡碳。
工作原理
