工(gong)作原理
沙子烘(hong)干機是一種傾斜安裝的回轉式鋼筒體,斜度為3-6%,轉速為5-9r/min。
筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)上裝有(you)輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)和大齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)。筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)依(yi)靠輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)支撐在托輪(lun)上。驅動(dong)(dong)裝置端(duan)(duan)的(de)輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)一(yi)側裝有(you)擋輪(lun),以(yi)限(xian)制筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)沿傾斜(xie)方向(xiang)(xiang)的(de)竄(cuan)動(dong)(dong)。在烘(hong)干機(ji)設備底部溫(wen)度達400℃-800℃狀態(tai)下,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)(you)提(ti)升機(ji)或者皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)機(ji)從(cong)(cong)(cong)喂(wei)料(liao)(liao)口喂(wei)入烘(hong)干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)通過大齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)在驅動(dong)(dong)裝置作用下回轉,由(you)(you)于筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)具有(you)一(yi)定的(de)斜(xie)度且連(lian)續(xu)不(bu)(bu)斷地回轉,使(shi)得物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在重(zhong)力的(de)作用下從(cong)(cong)(cong)高(gao)端(duan)(duan)向(xiang)(xiang)低(di)端(duan)(duan)移動(dong)(dong),在移動(dong)(dong)的(de)過程(cheng)中(zhong)逐(zhu)漸(jian)與(yu)熱(re)(re)源產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)高(gao)溫(wen)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)進行熱(re)(re)交換。烘(hong)干后的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)從(cong)(cong)(cong)低(di)端(duan)(duan)卸出(chu),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)所含(han)水(shui)份蒸(zheng)發后被氣(qi)流帶(dai)(dai)走(zou),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在烘(hong)干機(ji)內(nei)停留時(shi)間約為(wei)13-20min,可根據(ju)根據(ju)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)含(han)水(shui)率進行不(bu)(bu)同設計(ji)。熱(re)(re)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)由(you)(you)熱(re)(re)風爐生(sheng)成,在烘(hong)干機(ji)內(nei)部物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)相接觸,通過熱(re)(re)傳導,對流,輻(fu)射等(deng)多種方式將熱(re)(re)量傳遞給物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao),從(cong)(cong)(cong)而使(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)溫(wen)度不(bu)(bu)斷升高(gao),水(shui)分(fen)不(bu)(bu)斷被蒸(zheng)發,符合水(shui)分(fen)要(yao)求(qiu)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)從(cong)(cong)(cong)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)端(duan)(duan)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)罩下部出(chu)口卸料(liao)(liao),帶(dai)(dai)著水(shui)蒸(zheng)汽的(de)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)經除塵器等(deng)環(huan)保設施(shi)處(chu)理(li)后達到環(huan)保要(yao)求(qiu)排放標的(de)煙氣(qi)由(you)(you)引(yin)風機(ji)抽出(chu)經煙囪排空。
適用范圍
沙子烘干機在傳統單筒回轉式烘干機結構的基礎上進行了大幅度的突破和創新。從烘干機理上看,物料與熱氣流的交換更加充分。適應粘土、石膏、煤、礦渣、煤矸石、混合料、干混砂漿、黃砂、鐵粉等各種原材料的烘干,也適用于磷肥、復合肥生產中原料及冶金、化工等行業的各種散狀物料的烘干。
