煤粉灰(hui)烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃(ran)燒(shao)后形成的一種似火山灰(hui)質混合材料。
它(ta)是(shi)燃燒煤(mei)的(de)發電廠將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的(de)煤(mei)粉(fen)(fen),用預熱(re)空氣噴入爐膛經(jing)燃燒形(xing)成(cheng)懸浮(fu)狀(zhuang)態,產生混(hun)雜有(you)大(da)量不燃物的(de)高溫煙氣,經(jing)集(ji)塵裝置(zhi)捕集(ji)就得到了粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)。粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)的(de)化(hua)(hua)學組成(cheng)與(yu)粘土質相似,主(zhu)要成(cheng)分為(wei)二氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)硅、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二鋁、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二鐵(tie)、氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鈣(gai)和未燃盡碳。
工作原理
