粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒(shao)煤(mei)(mei)的(de)發(fa)電廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米(mi)以下的(de)煤(mei)(mei)粉,用預熱(re)空氣(qi)噴(pen)入爐膛經(jing)燃(ran)燒(shao)形成(cheng)懸浮狀(zhuang)態,產(chan)生混雜有大量(liang)不燃(ran)物的(de)高(gao)溫煙氣(qi),經(jing)集(ji)(ji)塵裝置(zhi)捕集(ji)(ji)就得到了粉煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)(mei)灰的(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘土(tu)質相似,主要成(cheng)分為二氧(yang)化(hua)硅、三(san)(san)氧(yang)化(hua)二鋁、三(san)(san)氧(yang)化(hua)二鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣和(he)未燃(ran)盡碳。
工作(zuo)原理
濕粉煤灰由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan), 粉煤灰在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起(qi)、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱量,又(you)(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同(tong)時又(you)(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入(ru)(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱風作用下快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo),完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)過程。
