三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個(ge)同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)(de)截面得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積(ji)和(he)廠(chang)房建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換(huan),在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分(fen)式(shi),用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退(tui)一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量,同(tong)時又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的濕物料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的。
