粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤(mei)(mei)的(de)發電廠將(jiang)煤(mei)(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)100微米以下的(de)煤(mei)(mei)粉(fen),用預熱空氣(qi)噴(pen)入(ru)爐膛(tang)經(jing)燃(ran)燒形(xing)成(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生混雜有(you)大量不燃(ran)物的(de)高(gao)溫煙氣(qi),經(jing)集塵裝置(zhi)捕集就得到了粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰的(de)化學組成(cheng)與(yu)粘(zhan)土(tu)質相似(si),主要(yao)成(cheng)分為二氧化硅、三(san)氧化二鋁、三(san)氧化二鐵(tie)、氧化鈣和未燃(ran)盡(jin)碳。
工作(zuo)原理
濕(shi)粉(fen)煤灰(hui)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干(gan), 粉(fen)煤灰(hui)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交換,物料(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又延(yan)長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物料(liao)在此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物料(liao)在熱(re)風(feng)作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物料(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物料(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完成干(gan)燥(zao)過程。
