臥(wo)式電除(chu)(chu)塵器是靜電除(chu)(chu)塵器的一種(zhong),是按氣(qi)流方向來(lai)定義的。
工作原理(li):當含(han)(han)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器入(ru)口(kou)時(shi),含(han)(han)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)在氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)分布板(ban)(ban)以及折流(liu)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)均化(hua)下,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)均勻(yun)向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)邁進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),在入(ru)口(kou)橫斷面擴大的(de)(de)作用下,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)速度(du)迅速降低,其中一些較重的(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒便失去速度(du)而沉(chen)(chen)降下來。進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)含(han)(han)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)由于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈(yun)(yun)極通入(ru)高(gao)壓直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),則在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈(yun)(yun)極附近(jin)產生電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈(yun)(yun)現象(xiang),使(shi)(shi)(shi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離后的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)中存在大量的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)和離子(zi),使(shi)(shi)(shi)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)帶有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)同時(shi)使(shi)(shi)(shi)其吸附在陰(yin)極板(ban)(ban)上。后通過(guo)設(she)備(bei)陰(yin)陽極振(zhen)打(da)系統(tong)的(de)(de)振(zhen)打(da),使(shi)(shi)(shi)沉(chen)(chen)積在陰(yin)陽電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)振(zhen)落,進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)集灰(hui)斗通過(guo)排(pai)(pai)灰(hui)裝置(zhi)排(pai)(pai)出。
要想讓(rang)含塵氣體更為均勻地進入(ru)到電(dian)場當中,所以(yi)在臥(wo)式(shi)電(dian)除塵器當中,在進入(ru)設備時內按需設置一至三道(dao)氣流(liu)(liu)分布(bu)(bu)板(ban)(ban)和導流(liu)(liu)板(ban)(ban),這樣可以(yi)讓(rang)氣流(liu)(liu)分布(bu)(bu)更為均勻,從而實現良好的效果(guo),并且還不容易(yi)出現堵孔(kong)等問(wen)題。
臥式電除塵器優勢
(1)初期除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)能(neng)達(da)到99%,能(neng)捕(bu)集1um以下的細微(wei)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen),但從(cong)經濟方面考慮(lv),一(yi)般(ban)控(kong)制一(yi)個合理的除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)。
(2)處理煙氣量大,可(ke)用于(yu)高(gao)溫(可(ke)高(gao)達500℃)、高(gao)壓(ya)和高(gao)濕(shi)(shi)(相對濕(shi)(shi)度可(ke)達100%)的場合,能連續(xu)運轉,并能實現自動化(hua)。
(3)具有(you)低阻的特(te)點,電除塵(chen)器壓力損失僅(jin)200~500Pa。
(4)靜(jing)電除塵器運(yun)行費(fei)用低(di) , 靜(jing)電除塵器運(yun)行穩定, 故(gu)障(zhang)率極(ji)低(di);
應用范圍
對酸霧、有(you)毒(du)重金(jin)屬以(yi)及PM10,尤其是PM2.5的(de)微細粉塵有(you)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)聯合(he)脫除效(xiao)果,對于減少燃煤(mei)鍋(guo)爐、鋼鐵燒結機(ji)、玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)爐窯(yao)、煤(mei)炭(tan)化(hua)等多行業的(de)粉塵排(pai)放量,減少大氣(qi)(qi)污染,減低霧霾天氣(qi)(qi)機(ji)率,具有(you)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)效(xiao)果。適用于電廠燃煤(mei)鍋(guo)爐、有(you)色(se)治(zhi)金(jin)爐窯(yao)、玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)爐窯(yao)、水(shui)泥生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)爐窯(yao)、化(hua)工生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)線(xian)、紡織(zhi)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)線(xian)、及其它(ta)行業等經脫硫、脫硝后含(han)PM2.5、氣(qi)(qi)溶(rong)膠、酸霧霧滴煙氣(qi)(qi)的(de)處理。
