粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒(shao)煤(mei)的發電廠將煤(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)100微米以下(xia)的煤(mei)粉,用預熱(re)空氣(qi)(qi)噴入爐(lu)膛經燃燒(shao)形成(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生混(hun)雜有大量不燃物的高溫煙氣(qi)(qi),經集塵裝置捕(bu)集就得到了粉煤(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)灰的化學(xue)組(zu)成(cheng)與粘(zhan)土(tu)質(zhi)相似,主要成(cheng)分為二氧化硅、三氧化二鋁、三氧化二鐵(tie)、氧化鈣和未(wei)燃盡碳。
