粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是(shi)燃燒(shao)煤的(de)發電廠將(jiang)煤磨成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的(de)煤粉,用預(yu)熱空氣(qi)噴入爐膛經燃燒(shao)形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生混(hun)雜有大量(liang)不燃物的(de)高溫(wen)煙氣(qi),經集塵裝置捕集就(jiu)得(de)到了(le)粉煤灰(hui)。粉煤灰(hui)的(de)化(hua)學組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質相似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)分為(wei)二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)硅、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)二(er)鋁、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)二(er)鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣和未燃盡(jin)碳。
工作原理
