煤粉灰烘(hong)干機(ji)是(shi)煤粉經高(gao)溫燃燒后形成的一(yi)種似火(huo)山(shan)灰質(zhi)混合材(cai)料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤(mei)(mei)的(de)發電廠將(jiang)煤(mei)(mei)磨成100微(wei)米(mi)以(yi)下的(de)煤(mei)(mei)粉,用(yong)預熱空氣噴(pen)入爐(lu)膛經(jing)燃(ran)燒形成懸浮(fu)狀態,產生混(hun)雜有大量不燃(ran)物的(de)高溫煙氣,經(jing)集塵裝(zhuang)置捕集就得到了(le)粉煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)。粉煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)的(de)化(hua)(hua)學(xue)組成與粘土質相似,主要(yao)成分為二氧化(hua)(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)(hua)二鋁、三氧化(hua)(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
工作(zuo)原理
濕粉煤灰由供料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進入三層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)(shi)現順(shun)流(liu)烘干, 粉煤灰在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進式實(shi)(shi)現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)進入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚進,呈(cheng)(cheng)進兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量(liang)(liang),又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量(liang)(liang),同(tong)時(shi)又(you)延(yan)長(chang)了干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)而(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完成干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)過程(cheng)。
