粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒煤(mei)的(de)發(fa)電廠將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米以(yi)下的(de)煤(mei)粉,用預熱空(kong)氣噴入爐膛(tang)經燃燒形成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生(sheng)混(hun)雜有大(da)量不燃物的(de)高溫(wen)煙氣,經集塵(chen)裝置捕集就得到了(le)粉煤(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)灰的(de)化學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質(zhi)相(xiang)似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)為二(er)氧化硅、三氧化二(er)鋁、三氧化二(er)鐵、氧化鈣和未燃盡(jin)碳。
