粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它(ta)是燃(ran)燒煤(mei)(mei)的發電廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的煤(mei)(mei)粉,用預(yu)熱空氣(qi)噴入爐膛經(jing)(jing)燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的高溫煙氣(qi),經(jing)(jing)集塵(chen)裝(zhuang)置捕集就得到了粉煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)(mei)灰的化(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘土質(zhi)相似(si),主(zhu)要成(cheng)分為(wei)二氧(yang)化(hua)硅、三氧(yang)化(hua)二鋁、三氧(yang)化(hua)二鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣和未(wei)燃(ran)盡碳。
