煤粉灰(hui)烘干(gan)機是煤粉經高(gao)溫(wen)燃燒(shao)后形成的(de)一(yi)種似火山灰(hui)質混合材(cai)料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤(mei)(mei)的(de)發(fa)電廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米(mi)以下的(de)煤(mei)(mei)粉,用預熱空氣噴入爐膛經(jing)燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)(cheng)懸(xuan)浮狀態(tai),產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物(wu)的(de)高溫煙氣,經(jing)集塵裝置捕(bu)集就(jiu)得到(dao)了粉煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)。粉煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)的(de)化學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土(tu)質相似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)分為二氧(yang)化硅、三氧(yang)化二鋁、三氧(yang)化二鐵、氧(yang)化鈣(gai)和未燃(ran)盡碳。
