三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機的支承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒(tong)上(shang)輪帶與(yu)(yu)托輪支承,由電(dian)機直接帶動(dong)(dong)托輪。通(tong)過托輪與(yu)(yu)輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動(dong)(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置進(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層,實現(xian)順(shun)流(liu)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層的(de)(de)抄板下不斷(duan)抄起、散(san)(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料移動(dong)至內(nei)層的(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中層,進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層既充分(fen)吸(xi)收內(nei)層滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)(san)發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸(xi)收中層滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同(tong)時(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至中層另一(yi)(yi)端而落入(ru)外(wai)層,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料因自重(zhong)而不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
