煤粉灰(hui)烘干(gan)機是煤粉經(jing)高溫燃燒(shao)后形成的一種似火山灰(hui)質混合材料(liao)。
它是燃(ran)燒煤(mei)的(de)發(fa)電廠(chang)將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米(mi)以下的(de)煤(mei)粉,用預熱空氣噴入(ru)爐膛(tang)經(jing)燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)懸浮(fu)狀(zhuang)態,產(chan)生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的(de)高(gao)溫煙氣,經(jing)集塵(chen)裝置捕集就得到了粉煤(mei)灰(hui)。粉煤(mei)灰(hui)的(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘土質相似,主要成(cheng)分為二氧化(hua)硅(gui)、三氧化(hua)二鋁、三氧化(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡(jin)碳。
