煤粉灰烘干機是(shi)煤粉經高(gao)溫燃燒后形(xing)成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)(ran)燒煤(mei)的(de)發電廠將(jiang)煤(mei)磨成(cheng)100微米以下的(de)煤(mei)粉(fen)(fen),用預熱空氣噴(pen)入爐膛(tang)經燃(ran)(ran)燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)(ran)物的(de)高溫煙氣,經集(ji)塵裝置捕(bu)集(ji)就得到了粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰。粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰的(de)化(hua)學(xue)組成(cheng)與(yu)粘土(tu)質相(xiang)似,主要成(cheng)分(fen)為二氧化(hua)硅、三(san)氧化(hua)二鋁、三(san)氧化(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)(ran)盡碳。
