煤(mei)粉灰(hui)(hui)烘干機是煤(mei)粉經高溫燃燒后形成(cheng)的一種似火山灰(hui)(hui)質(zhi)混合材料。
它是燃燒(shao)煤的發電廠將煤磨成100微米以(yi)下的煤粉(fen)(fen),用預(yu)熱(re)空氣噴入爐(lu)膛經燃燒(shao)形(xing)成懸浮狀態,產生混雜(za)有大量(liang)不燃物的高溫(wen)煙氣,經集(ji)塵(chen)裝置捕集(ji)就(jiu)得到了粉(fen)(fen)煤灰。粉(fen)(fen)煤灰的化學組成與粘土質相似(si),主要(yao)成分為二(er)氧(yang)化硅、三氧(yang)化二(er)鋁、三氧(yang)化二(er)鐵、氧(yang)化鈣和未(wei)燃盡碳。
