煤粉灰烘(hong)干機是煤粉經高(gao)溫燃(ran)燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混(hun)合(he)材料。
它是燃燒煤的(de)(de)發電廠將煤磨(mo)成(cheng)100微(wei)米(mi)以下的(de)(de)煤粉(fen),用預熱(re)空氣(qi)噴(pen)入爐膛經燃燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀態(tai),產生混雜有大量不燃物的(de)(de)高溫(wen)煙氣(qi),經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得到了粉(fen)煤灰。粉(fen)煤灰的(de)(de)化學組成(cheng)與粘土質(zhi)相(xiang)似(si),主要(yao)成(cheng)分為二(er)(er)氧(yang)化硅(gui)、三(san)氧(yang)化二(er)(er)鋁、三(san)氧(yang)化二(er)(er)鐵、氧(yang)化鈣和未(wei)燃盡碳。
工作原理
濕(shi)(shi)粉(fen)煤(mei)灰由(you)供料裝置(zhi)進入(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan), 粉(fen)煤(mei)灰在內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下不(bu)(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進式實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)料移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端進入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反復揚進,呈進兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進方式,物(wu)料在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的熱量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的熱量(liang),同時又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料在此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進,達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)料在熱風作用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進排出滾筒(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的濕(shi)(shi)物(wu)料因自(zi)重而(er)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)料在此矩形抄(chao)板內進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo),完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)過(guo)程。
