工(gong)作(zuo)原理
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)工作原理(li)是利用高壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)場使煙氣(qi)發生電(dian)(dian)(dian)離,氣(qi)流中的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場作用下與氣(qi)流分離。負極(ji)由不同斷面形狀的(de)(de)金屬(shu)導線制成(cheng),叫(jiao)(jiao)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)。正極(ji)由不同幾何(he)形狀的(de)(de)金屬(shu)板制成(cheng),叫(jiao)(jiao)集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)。靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能受粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)性(xing)(xing)質、設(she)備(bei)構造(zao)和煙氣(qi)流速(su)等(deng)三個因素的(de)(de)影響。粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)比(bi)(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是評(ping)價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)指標,它對除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率有直接(jie)的(de)(de)影響。比(bi)(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過(guo)低,塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒難以保持在(zai)集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,致使其重(zhong)返氣(qi)流。比(bi)(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過(guo)高,到達集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不易放出(chu),在(zai)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層之(zhi)間形成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度會產生局部擊穿和放電(dian)(dian)(dian)現(xian)象。這(zhe)些情(qing)況(kuang)都(dou)會造(zao)成(cheng)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率下降。
電除塵器(qi)的(de)(de)基本原理是利用電力(li)捕集(ji)煙(yan)氣(qi)中的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵,主要包括以下四個相互有關(guan)的(de)(de)物理過程: (1) 氣(qi)體的(de)(de)電離。(2) 粉(fen)(fen)塵的(de)(de)荷電。(3) 荷電粉(fen)(fen)塵向電極移動。(4) 荷電粉(fen)(fen)塵的(de)(de)捕集(ji)。
