煤(mei)粉(fen)灰烘干機是(shi)煤(mei)粉(fen)經(jing)高溫(wen)燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合(he)材料。
它是燃燒煤(mei)的(de)發電廠將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微米以下的(de)煤(mei)粉(fen),用(yong)預(yu)熱空氣(qi)噴入爐膛(tang)經(jing)燃燒形成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀態(tai),產生混雜(za)有大量不燃物的(de)高溫煙氣(qi),經(jing)集塵(chen)裝置捕集就得(de)到了粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)。粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)的(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土(tu)質相(xiang)似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)分為(wei)二氧(yang)化(hua)硅(gui)、三氧(yang)化(hua)二鋁(lv)、三氧(yang)化(hua)二鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣(gai)和未燃盡(jin)碳。
工(gong)作原理
