三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒體(ti)部分由三個(ge)同軸水平(ping)放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒體(ti)的截(jie)面(mian)(mian)得到充分的利(li)用。其(qi)筒體(ti)外形總(zong)長度(du)約為(wei)與之相當的單(dan)筒的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積(ji)和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機的(de)支承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體(ti)(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機總體(ti)(ti)結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨(mo)損件的(de)檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
