粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒(shao)煤(mei)(mei)的(de)(de)發(fa)電廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微米以下的(de)(de)煤(mei)(mei)粉,用(yong)預熱空(kong)氣(qi)噴(pen)入爐膛經(jing)(jing)燃(ran)燒(shao)形成(cheng)懸(xuan)浮狀態,產生(sheng)混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的(de)(de)高(gao)溫煙氣(qi),經(jing)(jing)集塵裝置捕集就(jiu)得到(dao)了粉煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)。粉煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)的(de)(de)化學組成(cheng)與粘土質相似,主要成(cheng)分為二(er)(er)氧(yang)化硅(gui)、三氧(yang)化二(er)(er)鋁、三氧(yang)化二(er)(er)鐵、氧(yang)化鈣(gai)和未燃(ran)盡(jin)碳。
