粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)煤(mei)的發電廠將(jiang)煤(mei)磨成(cheng)100微米(mi)以下(xia)的煤(mei)粉,用預熱空氣噴入爐膛(tang)經燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)形成(cheng)懸(xuan)浮狀態,產生混(hun)雜有大量不(bu)燃(ran)(ran)物的高溫煙氣,經集塵裝置捕(bu)集就得到了粉煤(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)灰的化(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘(zhan)土質(zhi)相似,主要成(cheng)分為二(er)(er)氧化(hua)硅(gui)、三氧化(hua)二(er)(er)鋁、三氧化(hua)二(er)(er)鐵、氧化(hua)鈣和(he)未燃(ran)(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
濕粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)由供(gong)料(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干, 粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)(chao)(chao)板下不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷抄(chao)(chao)(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷地被反復(fu)揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同(tong)時又(you)延長(chang)了干燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)(bu)(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)(chao)(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)達到干燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完成(cheng)干燥(zao)(zao)過程。
