粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒煤(mei)的(de)發(fa)電廠將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米以(yi)下的(de)煤(mei)粉(fen)(fen),用預熱空(kong)氣噴入爐膛(tang)經(jing)燃燒形成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生混雜有(you)大量不燃物的(de)高溫煙氣,經(jing)集塵裝置捕集就得到了粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)。粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)的(de)化學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質相似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)分為二氧化硅、三氧化二鋁、三氧化二鐵(tie)、氧化鈣和未燃盡碳。
工(gong)作(zuo)原理
濕粉煤(mei)(mei)灰由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進入(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan), 粉煤(mei)(mei)灰在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下不(bu)(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進式(shi)實現(xian)熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反復揚(yang)進,呈(cheng)進兩(liang)步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的熱量(liang),又(you)吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的熱量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥時間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到干(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多回路(lu)方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進,達到干(gan)燥效果的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作(zuo)用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)進排出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥效果的濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)(bu)能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板(ban)內進行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥,由此達到干(gan)燥效果,完成干(gan)燥過程。
