粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是(shi)燃(ran)(ran)燒煤(mei)的發電廠將煤(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)100微米(mi)以下的煤(mei)粉(fen)(fen),用預熱(re)空氣噴入(ru)爐膛經燃(ran)(ran)燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀態(tai),產生(sheng)混雜有大量(liang)不燃(ran)(ran)物的高(gao)溫煙氣,經集塵裝置捕(bu)集就得到了粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰。粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰的化(hua)(hua)學組(zu)成(cheng)與粘土質相似(si),主(zhu)要成(cheng)分為二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)硅、三氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二(er)鋁、三氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二(er)鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鈣和未(wei)燃(ran)(ran)盡碳。
