粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)(ran)燒煤(mei)的(de)發電(dian)廠將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)100微米以(yi)下(xia)的(de)煤(mei)粉(fen)(fen),用(yong)預(yu)熱空氣(qi)噴(pen)入(ru)爐(lu)膛(tang)經燃(ran)(ran)燒形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)懸浮(fu)狀態,產生混雜有(you)大量不(bu)燃(ran)(ran)物的(de)高溫煙(yan)氣(qi),經集塵裝置(zhi)捕集就得到了粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰。粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰的(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質相似(si),主(zhu)要成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)分為二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)硅、三氧(yang)化(hua)二(er)鋁、三氧(yang)化(hua)二(er)鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)(ran)盡碳。
工作(zuo)原理
濕(shi)粉煤灰(hui)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干(gan), 粉煤灰(hui)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動(dong)至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復(fu)揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的(de)(de)熱量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)熱量,同時(shi)(shi)又(you)延(yan)長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風(feng)作用(yong)下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)排出(chu)滾筒,沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)(guo),完成干(gan)燥(zao)過程。
