粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒煤(mei)(mei)(mei)的(de)(de)發電廠將煤(mei)(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米以(yi)下的(de)(de)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)粉,用預(yu)熱(re)空氣(qi)噴(pen)入爐膛經(jing)燃燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀態(tai),產生(sheng)混雜(za)有大量不燃物的(de)(de)高溫煙氣(qi),經(jing)集塵裝置捕(bu)集就得到了粉煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰(hui)。粉煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰(hui)的(de)(de)化(hua)(hua)學(xue)組成(cheng)與(yu)粘土質相(xiang)似(si),主(zhu)要(yao)成(cheng)分為(wei)二氧化(hua)(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)(hua)二鋁、三氧化(hua)(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)(hua)鈣(gai)和未(wei)燃盡碳。
工作原理
濕粉煤(mei)灰(hui)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)三(san)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan), 粉煤(mei)灰(hui)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風(feng)作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果,完(wan)成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)過程(cheng)。
