三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的截面得(de)到充分(fen)的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約為與(yu)之相當(dang)的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅(fu)度地減少占(zhan)地面積和廠房建筑(zhu)面積。
該機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)托輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由(you)電機(ji)直接帶(dai)(dai)動托輪。通(tong)過托輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計(ji)成(cheng)軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖(pou)分(fen)式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝(zhuang)置進入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進式實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進入中層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復(fu)揚進,呈進兩步(bu)(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量,又吸(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱量,同時(shi)又延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風(feng)作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進排出滾筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重(zhong)而不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)。
