三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒體(ti)部分(fen)由(you)三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒套(tao)疊(die)組成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒體(ti)的截(jie)面得(de)到充(chong)分(fen)的利(li)用。其筒體(ti)外形(xing)總(zong)長(chang)度約為與之(zhi)相當的單(dan)筒的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積和廠房建筑(zhu)面積。
該機(ji)的(de)支承裝置,是(shi)在外筒上(shang)輪帶(dai)(dai)與托(tuo)輪支承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉動。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修更(geng)換(huan),在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料由(you)(you)供料裝置(zhi)進入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)(xian)順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進式實現(xian)(xian)熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料移動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進入中層(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進,呈進兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱量,又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同時(shi)又延(yan)長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風作(zuo)用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進排(pai)出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料因自重而不(bu)能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)(you)此完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
