粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤(mei)的(de)發電(dian)廠將(jiang)煤(mei)磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的(de)煤(mei)粉(fen),用(yong)預熱空氣噴入爐(lu)膛經(jing)燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生混雜有大量不(bu)燃(ran)物(wu)的(de)高溫煙氣,經(jing)集(ji)塵裝(zhuang)置(zhi)捕集(ji)就得到了(le)粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)。粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)的(de)化學組成(cheng)與粘土質相似(si),主要成(cheng)分(fen)為二氧(yang)化硅(gui)、三氧(yang)化二鋁、三氧(yang)化二鐵、氧(yang)化鈣(gai)和未燃(ran)盡碳。
