三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三(san)個同軸(zhou)水平(ping)放置(zhi)的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度約為(wei)與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損件的檢(jian)修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱交(jiao)換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)滾筒散發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)熱量,又(you)(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)(de)熱量,同時又(you)(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)入外層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有(you)達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩形(xing)抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
