石英砂烘干(gan)機是一種傾(qing)斜(xie)安裝的回(hui)轉式鋼筒體(ti),斜(xie)度(du)為3-6%,轉速為5-9r/min。
筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)上(shang)裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)和大(da)齒圈(quan)(quan)。筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)依(yi)靠輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)支撐在(zai)(zai)(zai)托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)上(shang)。驅動(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)端(duan)的輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)一側裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)擋輪(lun)(lun)(lun),以限制筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)沿傾斜(xie)方向的竄動(dong)(dong)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)烘干機(ji)設備底部(bu)溫度(du)(du)達400℃-800℃狀態下,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由提升(sheng)機(ji)或者皮帶(dai)機(ji)從(cong)喂料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)口(kou)喂入烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)通過(guo)大(da)齒圈(quan)(quan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)驅動(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)作用(yong)下回轉,由于筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)具有(you)(you)一定(ding)的斜(xie)度(du)(du)且連續不斷地回轉,使得物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)重(zhong)力的作用(yong)下從(cong)高(gao)端(duan)向低(di)端(duan)移動(dong)(dong),在(zai)(zai)(zai)移動(dong)(dong)的過(guo)程中(zhong)逐漸與熱(re)(re)源(yuan)產(chan)生的高(gao)溫氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)進行熱(re)(re)交換。烘干后的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)從(cong)低(di)端(duan)卸出(chu),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)所含(han)水(shui)份蒸(zheng)發后被(bei)氣(qi)流帶(dai)走,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)烘干機(ji)內停留時間約為13-20min,可根據根據物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)含(han)水(shui)率(lv)進行不同設計。熱(re)(re)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)由熱(re)(re)風(feng)爐生成(cheng),在(zai)(zai)(zai)烘干機(ji)內部(bu)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)相接觸,通過(guo)熱(re)(re)傳導,對流,輻(fu)射等多(duo)種方式(shi)將熱(re)(re)量傳遞(di)給物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao),從(cong)而使物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)溫度(du)(du)不斷升(sheng)高(gao),水(shui)分不斷被(bei)蒸(zheng)發,符合水(shui)分要求的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)從(cong)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)端(duan)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)罩(zhao)下部(bu)出(chu)口(kou)卸料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao),帶(dai)著水(shui)蒸(zheng)汽的氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)經除塵器等環保設施(shi)處(chu)理后達到(dao)環保要求排(pai)(pai)放標的煙氣(qi)由引(yin)風(feng)機(ji)抽(chou)出(chu)經煙囪(cong)排(pai)(pai)空。
