煤(mei)粉(fen)灰烘干機是煤(mei)粉(fen)經高溫燃燒后形成(cheng)的一(yi)種似火山灰質混(hun)合材料。
它是燃(ran)(ran)燒煤的(de)(de)發(fa)電廠將煤磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的(de)(de)煤粉,用預(yu)熱空氣噴入爐(lu)膛(tang)經燃(ran)(ran)燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生(sheng)混雜(za)有大量不燃(ran)(ran)物的(de)(de)高溫煙氣,經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得到了粉煤灰。粉煤灰的(de)(de)化學組成(cheng)與粘土質相似,主(zhu)要(yao)成(cheng)分為二氧(yang)化硅、三(san)氧(yang)化二鋁、三(san)氧(yang)化二鐵、氧(yang)化鈣和未(wei)燃(ran)(ran)盡碳。
