煤粉灰(hui)烘干(gan)機是煤粉經高溫(wen)燃燒后(hou)形成(cheng)的一種似火山灰(hui)質混(hun)合材料。
它(ta)是燃燒煤的(de)發(fa)電廠將煤磨(mo)成100微米(mi)以下的(de)煤粉,用預熱空氣(qi)噴入(ru)爐膛經燃燒形(xing)成懸浮狀態,產生混雜有大量不(bu)燃物的(de)高溫(wen)煙氣(qi),經集(ji)塵裝置(zhi)捕集(ji)就得到了粉煤灰。粉煤灰的(de)化(hua)學組成與粘土(tu)質相(xiang)似,主要成分為二(er)氧化(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)二(er)鋁(lv)、三氧化(hua)二(er)鐵、氧化(hua)鈣(gai)和(he)未燃盡碳。

濕粉煤灰(hui)由供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)三(san)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)干(gan), 粉煤灰(hui)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)(yi)端(duan)而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)過程。
