粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它(ta)是燃(ran)(ran)燒煤的發電廠(chang)將(jiang)煤磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微米以下的煤粉,用預熱空氣噴入爐膛經燃(ran)(ran)燒形成(cheng)(cheng)懸(xuan)浮(fu)狀態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)(ran)物的高溫煙氣,經集(ji)塵裝(zhuang)置捕(bu)集(ji)就得到了(le)粉煤灰。粉煤灰的化(hua)學組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土(tu)質(zhi)相似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)分為二氧(yang)化(hua)硅(gui)、三氧(yang)化(hua)二鋁、三氧(yang)化(hua)二鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
濕粉煤灰由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進入三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan), 粉煤灰在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)不斷(duan)抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進式實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地(di)被反復(fu)揚進,呈進兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長(chang)了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果,完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)過(guo)程。
