三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由(you)三(san)個(ge)同軸水平放(fang)置(zhi)的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的截面得到充(chong)分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減(jian)少占地面積(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單(dan),為便于磨損件(jian)的檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工(gong)作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不斷抄起(qi)、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散發的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同(tong)時又(you)延長了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)多回(hui)路方(fang)(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風(feng)作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
