粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。

工(gong)作原理
濕粉(fen)煤灰(hui)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)入三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan), 粉(fen)煤灰(hui)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式,物料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的熱量,又(you)吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的熱量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物料(liao)在此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路(lu)方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的物料(liao)在熱風(feng)作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的濕物料(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物料(liao)在此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)過程(cheng)。
