工作原理
靜電(dian)除塵(chen)器的工作(zuo)原理(li)是利用高壓電(dian)場(chang)使(shi)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)發(fa)生電(dian)離(li),氣(qi)流(liu)中的粉(fen)塵(chen)荷電(dian)在(zai)(zai)電(dian)場(chang)作(zuo)用下與氣(qi)流(liu)分離(li)。負極(ji)由(you)不(bu)同(tong)斷面形狀的金屬(shu)導線制成,叫放電(dian)電(dian)極(ji)。正極(ji)由(you)不(bu)同(tong)幾(ji)何形狀的金屬(shu)板制成,叫集塵(chen)電(dian)極(ji)。靜電(dian)除塵(chen)器的性(xing)能受粉(fen)塵(chen)性(xing)質、設備(bei)構造(zao)和(he)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)流(liu)速(su)等(deng)三個因素的影響。粉(fen)塵(chen)的比(bi)電(dian)阻是評價導電(dian)性(xing)的指標,它對除塵(chen)效(xiao)(xiao)率有直接的影響。比(bi)電(dian)阻過低,塵(chen)粒難以保持(chi)在(zai)(zai)集塵(chen)電(dian)極(ji)上(shang),致使(shi)其重返(fan)氣(qi)流(liu)。比(bi)電(dian)阻過高,到達集塵(chen)電(dian)極(ji)的塵(chen)粒電(dian)荷不(bu)易放出,在(zai)(zai)塵(chen)層(ceng)之(zhi)間形成電(dian)壓梯度會產生局(ju)部擊穿和(he)放電(dian)現(xian)象。這些情(qing)況都(dou)會造(zao)成除塵(chen)效(xiao)(xiao)率下降。
