粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是(shi)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒煤(mei)(mei)的(de)(de)發電廠(chang)將(jiang)煤(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微米(mi)以下的(de)(de)煤(mei)(mei)粉(fen),用預(yu)熱(re)空氣噴入爐膛經燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生混(hun)雜(za)有大(da)量(liang)不燃(ran)(ran)(ran)物的(de)(de)高溫煙氣,經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得到了粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰的(de)(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘土質相似,主要(yao)成(cheng)分為二氧化(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)二鋁、三氧化(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)(ran)(ran)盡碳(tan)。
