粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)煤(mei)(mei)的發電廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微米以(yi)下的煤(mei)(mei)粉,用預熱空氣(qi)噴(pen)入爐膛經燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)形(xing)成(cheng)懸浮狀態,產(chan)生混(hun)雜有大量不燃(ran)(ran)物的高溫煙氣(qi),經集塵裝置捕集就得到了粉煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)(mei)灰的化(hua)學(xue)組成(cheng)與粘土質(zhi)相(xiang)似,主(zhu)要成(cheng)分為(wei)二氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)硅、三氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)二鋁(lv)、三氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)二鐵(tie)、氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)鈣(gai)和未(wei)燃(ran)(ran)盡碳。
工作(zuo)原理
