工作原理(li)
沙子烘干(gan)機是一種傾斜安裝的回轉式鋼筒體,斜度為3-6%,轉速為5-9r/min。
筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)上(shang)裝有輪帶(dai)(dai)和大齒圈(quan)。筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)依靠輪帶(dai)(dai)支撐在托輪上(shang)。驅動(dong)(dong)裝置端(duan)(duan)的(de)輪帶(dai)(dai)一(yi)側裝有擋輪,以限制筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)沿傾(qing)斜(xie)方向的(de)竄動(dong)(dong)。在烘(hong)(hong)干機設備底部溫度(du)達400℃-800℃狀態下,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)(you)提升機或者皮帶(dai)(dai)機從(cong)(cong)喂料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)口喂入烘(hong)(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)通過(guo)大齒圈(quan)在驅動(dong)(dong)裝置作用(yong)下回轉(zhuan),由(you)(you)于筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)具(ju)有一(yi)定(ding)的(de)斜(xie)度(du)且連續不(bu)(bu)斷地(di)回轉(zhuan),使得物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在重力的(de)作用(yong)下從(cong)(cong)高(gao)(gao)端(duan)(duan)向低端(duan)(duan)移動(dong)(dong),在移動(dong)(dong)的(de)過(guo)程中逐漸與熱(re)(re)(re)源產生(sheng)的(de)高(gao)(gao)溫氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)進行熱(re)(re)(re)交(jiao)換。烘(hong)(hong)干后的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)從(cong)(cong)低端(duan)(duan)卸(xie)(xie)出(chu),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)所含水(shui)份(fen)蒸發(fa)后被(bei)氣(qi)(qi)流帶(dai)(dai)走,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在烘(hong)(hong)干機內停(ting)留(liu)時間約為(wei)13-20min,可根據(ju)根據(ju)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)含水(shui)率進行不(bu)(bu)同設計。熱(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)由(you)(you)熱(re)(re)(re)風爐生(sheng)成,在烘(hong)(hong)干機內部物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)相接觸(chu),通過(guo)熱(re)(re)(re)傳(chuan)導,對流,輻射等(deng)多種方式將(jiang)熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)傳(chuan)遞給物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao),從(cong)(cong)而使物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)溫度(du)不(bu)(bu)斷升高(gao)(gao),水(shui)分不(bu)(bu)斷被(bei)蒸發(fa),符合(he)水(shui)分要求的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)從(cong)(cong)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)端(duan)(duan)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)罩(zhao)下部出(chu)口卸(xie)(xie)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao),帶(dai)(dai)著水(shui)蒸汽的(de)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)經除塵器等(deng)環(huan)保設施處理(li)后達到環(huan)保要求排放標的(de)煙氣(qi)(qi)由(you)(you)引風機抽出(chu)經煙囪排空。
適用范圍
沙子烘干機在傳統單筒回轉式烘干機結構的基礎上進行了大幅度的突破和創新。從烘干機理上看,物料與熱氣流的交換更加充分。適應粘土、石膏、煤、礦渣、煤矸石、混合料、干混砂漿、黃砂、鐵粉等各種原材料的烘干,也適用于磷肥、復合肥生產中原料及冶金、化工等行業的各種散狀物料的烘干。
