三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒體部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放置的內(nei)、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒套疊組成,這就使筒體的截面得(de)到充(chong)分(fen)的利用(yong)。其筒體外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積和廠房(fang)建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶與托輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體結構(gou)緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便于(yu)磨損(sun)件的檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料由(you)供料裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下不斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的熱(re)(re)量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱(re)(re)量,同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多回路(lu)方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥效果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料因(yin)自重而不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥,由(you)此(ci)完(wan)成(cheng)干(gan)燥目的。
