粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)(ran)燒煤的(de)(de)發電廠(chang)將煤磨(mo)成100微米以下(xia)的(de)(de)煤粉(fen)(fen),用預(yu)熱空氣噴入爐膛(tang)經燃(ran)(ran)燒形成懸浮(fu)狀態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)(ran)物的(de)(de)高溫(wen)煙氣,經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得(de)到了粉(fen)(fen)煤灰(hui)。粉(fen)(fen)煤灰(hui)的(de)(de)化(hua)(hua)學組成與(yu)粘土質相似,主要成分為二氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二鋁、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鈣和(he)未燃(ran)(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
