煤粉(fen)灰烘干機是煤粉(fen)經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混(hun)合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒(shao)煤(mei)的(de)(de)發電廠將煤(mei)磨成100微米以下的(de)(de)煤(mei)粉(fen)(fen),用預熱空氣(qi)噴入爐(lu)膛經(jing)燃(ran)燒(shao)形成懸浮狀態,產生混雜有(you)大量不(bu)燃(ran)物的(de)(de)高溫煙氣(qi),經(jing)集塵裝置捕集就得到了粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)。粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)的(de)(de)化(hua)(hua)學組成與粘土質相似,主要(yao)成分為二氧化(hua)(hua)硅、三(san)氧化(hua)(hua)二鋁、三(san)氧化(hua)(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)(hua)鈣和(he)未(wei)燃(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
