三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三個同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面得(de)到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占(zhan)地面積(ji)和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上輪帶(dai)與(yu)托輪支承(cheng),由(you)電機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪。通過(guo)托輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設(she)計(ji)成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下不斷抄起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被(bei)反(fan)復揚(yang)進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的行(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的熱(re)量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量,同時又延(yan)長了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達(da)(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)進(jin),達(da)(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的。
